Biography

Emily is a talented artist whose work has developed and flourished during the A Level course. She has undertaken extensive research consistently visiting relevant galleries. Emily has demonstrated exceptional research skills exploring exciting contextual references that are pertinent to her project work. Emily enjoys discussion and can eloquently put across well-considered points, steeped in factual and subject-relevant knowledge.

She takes great pleasure in using inventive materials to showcase her creative journey and has explored both two and three-dimensional techniques successfully including film and photography. She has demonstrated a real sense of openness to working in different ways. Emily was a school Art scholar, a role she has approached with pride and confidence organising a weekly club for younger students who have all absorbed and benefitted from Emily’s enthusiastic approach.
